Delivery Time
Our delivery times are around 5 working days. If you have an urgent delivery needed please get in touch and we will do what we can to keep you warm and toasty!
Deliveries are notified by a text or email with the date and approximate time of delivery. You do not need to be home for us to deliver, if you have any instructions just let us know!
How we Deliver
We deliver on our 3.5 ton lorries by our own knowledgeable and helpful J&H helpful staff.
We stack as standard to your outside store - so long as our wheel barrow will get us there, we will do it. We can not go up flights of steps as our team do not yet have super powers!
Stacked or Dropped?
We know some customers like to stack their own logs which is why we offer a discount to those who do, this means we can do more deliveries a day, keeping more homes warm and cosy.
If you choose to have your logs dropped not stacked these will be left in a neat pile on your driveway, not left in the bags.
